core revival small group fitness class *babies welcome
This low impact fitness class uses light weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises to revive your core and strengthen your entire body. With an emphasis on body awareness, mindful breathing and proper alignment this class aims to reconnect you to the deepest layers of your core so you can rebuild full body strength safely. This is an interval style fitness class where each exercise is performed on your mat for one minute giving participants the opportunity to work at their own pace.
This is the perfect class for new moms and anyone looking to deepen their core awareness. We offer Level 1 and Level 2 versions of this class, for new and more advanced participants respectively.
strength & mobility small group fitness classes
The first portion of this class includes a dynamic warm up and a circuit style workout focused on strength and athleticism. Participants rotate through six to eight stations which challenge endurance, strength, agility and power, using various equipment. This strength routine will be followed by full body mobility and foam rolling techniques designed to improve soft tissue extensibility by increasing blood flow, and exploring your full range of motion. The perfect class for those distance runners, triathletes, and running sport participants who find fitting the strength and mobility into their weekly routine tough, and for anyone who wants to push harder, move faster, jump higher and then come back for more.
yoga-style stretch small group classes
This is an all levels yoga inspired recovery practice that acts as the perfect companion to any strength training or cardio regime as well as the much needed combat to “desk posture” suffered by so many. You will deepen body awareness, stretch and strengthen muscles, and build a breath/meditation practice to develop the ability to focus and clear unnecessary or distracting thoughts. This relaxing and restorative class will allow you to leave tension and stress behind, as well as combat the health effects of prolonged sitting.
yin yoga small group class
This yin style yoga class focuses on deep stretching and meditation. Participants will enjoy the ambiance of dim lights, soft music, and aromatherapy. Poses are practiced sitting, kneeling or laying down and are held for longer periods of time. The purpose of these “long holds” is to place healthy stress on the connective tissue at the joints, which can result in more muscle length and improved flexibility. Throughout the practice several meditation techniques will be introduced to develop the ability to focus and clear unnecessary or distracting thoughts. This relaxing and restorative class can be both physically and spiritually cleansing and will allow you to leave tension and stress behind.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. If you're running late, you may still join, but please enter quietly and be aware that for safety reasons, you may not be permitted entry after the warm-up (typically 5-10 minutes into class).

While we encourage participants to stay for the full class including cool-down, we understand sometimes you need to leave. Please inform the instructor before class and exit quietly.

For noticeable improvements, we recommend 2-3 classes per week, combined with a balanced diet and adequate rest.

Yes, we offer a free trial class for new participants. Check with reception to book your complimentary session.

Most classes are for participants 16 and older. Teens 13-15 may attend with parental permission and instructor approval. See "Mom and Baby" section for classes that welcome infants.
