Meet sarah hull
co-founder.
registered physiotherapist.
pelvic health provider.
I graduated with my Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University in 2016. I use a patient-focused approach using hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, soft tissue massage, acupuncture and dry needling.
I have taken a strong interest in pelvic health physiotherapy for men and women. I have completed levels 1-4 through pelvic health solution with plans to expand my knowledge base. I enjoy helping others with pre-natal and post-natal care, treating conditions like incontinence, painful intercourse, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis rectus abdominis. For my pelvic patients, I will assess the whole body using a hands-on manual therapy approach. I often integrate scar tissue techniques, acupuncture treatment and an exercise program to help patients through their journey.
As a child, I competed at the provincial level for gymnastics. I have also taught and choreographed dances including seasonal performances and competitive dance competitions with dancers aged 5-18. With this background, I have had the opportunity to help patients reflect on their own posture and positioning and how that relates to their pain and discomfort.
I aim to maintain an active lifestyle by regularly going the gym, taking fitness, yoga and dance classes, downhill skiing, paddle boarding and hiking.
